Authentix Track & Trace - Leadership in Product Tracking.

With our tried and tested Track & Trace product tracking solution, brand owners can provide every individual product unit with a unique ‘license plate’ which can be matched to production lots, outer cases, pallets and customer shipments.

Sequential or random alphanumeric codes can be applied covertly or overtly to pallets, shipping cases and individual units during packaging, read in-line automatically and uploaded to a central server.

Our proprietary, open architecture, middleware can interface with all operating platforms. This allows information to be readily captured from hardware such as printers, labelers, vision systems and portable data collectors into a centralized, structured, data management system. This ensures that the client IT systems are unaffected by our Track & Trace system.

Authentix can host the product tracking system on a secure web server thereby further minimizing disruption to client systems. In addition to providing regular analysis and reports from in-field inspection programs, nominated field personnel can access the database remotely to check product authenticity from any point of sale. In doing so, inspectors can determine whether a product is authentic and if it is in the correct place, or has been diverted without authorization.
